EASY CHICKEN CACCIATORE

1lb boneless chicken breast, diced
1 can of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Angel hair Pasta, cooked and drained
In a skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in olive oil.. Season chicken with garlic powder, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Once chicken is done (no pink), add sauce and simmer. Place slices of provolone cheese on top of sauce. Once cheese has melted, top angel hair pasta with chicken sauce and serve.
OPTIONAL: For a thicker texture, add more fresh, chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic to the sauce.
