The biggest football game of the year in the NFL deserves really good snacks and food.  We generally have a lot of boys in the house which means chicken wings and hot dogs.

But once the game starts, chips, crackers, veggies and a good dip can make it easy to watch the game and keep eating.  Here is a dip that only takes a few minutes to make and bake and it's great! - Robin

Hot Crab Dip

1 package (8oz) softened cream cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ dry white wine or apple juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
4 medium green onions sliced thinly
1 clove garlic minced
1 can (6oz) crabmeat, drained

Heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients except crabmeat in a large bowl until well blended.
Gently stir in crabmeat
Spread mixture in ungreased 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.  It should be hot and bubbly.
Serve with chips, veggie sticks or crackers.

Enjoy the game!
