BBQ Spiced Trout

Rainbow Trout Fillets, Pin bones removed - 1 and 1 half pounds
BBQ Spice Rub -1 fourth of a cup
Grape Seed Oil - 1 fourth of a cup
Brown Butter 4 oz.
Ensure that all preparation equipment and utensils needed for this recipe are clean and sanitized. Wash hands prior to beginning preparation.
Sprinkle the BBQ spice on the inside of each filet. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
Add 2 teaspoons of the Grapeseed oil into the hot pan. Lay the inside down into the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
