Crab Dip Recipe Courtesy of: Joyce Gordon Ingredients: 1-8 oz block of Cream Cheese room temp 1 8 oz container of crab I use the special,, but you can use lump, backfin, etc. 1 bunch of green onions diced 3 ribs of celery diced 1 tbsp of mayonaise 1/2 of a red, yellow or orange sweet pepper diced 1 cup ketchup 2-6 Tablespoons of Horseradish Or use a cup of purchased Cocktail sauce Crackers of Choice (Triskets is what I used) Instructions: Dice pepper, onions, and celery, mix with softened cream cheese and the mayo. Spread on a plate. Then make the cocktail sauce and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Then top with crab. Arrange crackers around the side. Note: The Gereau Center had a cooking contest and this recipe won 2nd place in the Appetizer category. It was prepared by Susan Hudson, and she gave me premission to use this on the show.
