In Lynchburg, police arrested Branden Wyatt for allegedly shooting at a house on Old Forest Road.

No one inside the home was hurt, but the front of the house is riddled with bullet holes.

Wyatt's been charged with shooting into an occuped dwelling.

On Sunday, March 17, 2010 at approximately 3:16 a.m. members of the Lynchburg Police Department responded to the Bramblewood Apartments located in the 3300 block of Old Forest Rd. Lynchburg, VA. for gunshots being fired into a residence.

Officers arrived on the scene and observed evidence of several gunshots that caused damage to the front of the occupied apartment. 

Fortunately, none of the apartment occupants were injured.  An investigation into the matter led responding officers and detectives to 103 Primrose Lane, the location where the suspect, Branden Teon Wyatt was located.

The Lynchurg Police Department's Crisis Negotiation Team and Tactical Team responded and assisted with Wyatt's arrest.
