Archers in Roanoke are hitting the bullseye to raise money for charity.
The Virginia Bowhunter's Association got together Saturday to raise money for Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Archers from across the Roanoke Valley were invited to take part in the charity tournament.
"We're not shooting for competitiveness. It's just go out, shoot, have fun," said Paul Vogel of the Association. "It's juat an enjoyable shoot."
The tournament continues Sunday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. at SHerwood Archer's on Timberview Road in Roanoke. Archers are invted to attend.
