Montgomery Co., VA — A report of shoplifting led to a meth lab bust in Montgomery County.

Deputies were called to a business on Pepper's Ferry Road Friday.

While investigating the shoplifting call, they reportedly discovered a meth lab inside a vehicle operated by a suspect.

Deputies along with State Police disassembled the suspected lab.

Norman Lepchitz of Radford and Jeffrey George of Tennessee now face charges that include manufacturing methamphetamine and possessing ingredients to make the drug.

Both men are held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
