LYNCHBURG, Va. — Two teens accused of murder in the Hill City will wait a bit longer to go on trial.

Kenneth Davis, 16, and Vernon Jackson, 16, were scheduled to go to court January 5th and 10th for the beating death of George Baker, 81, in downtown Lynchburg this summer.

The Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney says he asked for the delay since he is still waiting on results from the lab.

All of the attorney's agreed to postpone.

A judge will set new trial dates on January 3 for both teens.
