Spring Home Show this weekend at Salem Civic Center

"It's All About the Home" at the 41st annual event

SALEM, Va. —             There's a lot to see and do this weekend at the Spring Home Show Better Living Expo at the Salem Civic Center.

            The 41st annual event begins Friday and runs through Sunday.

            The show is "All About the Home" with more than 180 exhibitors showcasing their products and services.

            Tickets, good for the whole weekend, are $7 for adults with children 12 and under receiving free admission.  The Spring Home Show website has the full list of exhibitors and a $1 off coupon.

            Two of the exhibitors include South River Contracting of Roanoke and Living Concrete.

            South River will demonstrate the energy-saving KVAR unit and Easy Water products.  Living Concrete will have samples of concrete countertops on hand.  Both businesses were featured on News 7 Mornin'.  For more, click on the video clips above.

- See the #34 NASCAR Chevrolet Impala Window World Sprint Cup Show Car driven by John Andretti

- Meet some of WDBJ7's on air personalities who will be at the Show throughout the weekend

- See a St. Jude's Dream Bike designed by the Orange County Choppers off the hit Discovery Channel reality show, American Choppers - compliments of Window World.

- Tree giveaway: For more years than anyone can remember, Show attendees have had the opportunity to receive a white pine seedling. The tradition will continue for the 2011 Show, and on Saturday, 1,000 while pine seedlings will be given away from the main lobby.
