Car show takes over Salem Civic Center parking lot

More than 150 vehicles filled the Salem Civic Center's parking lot.

SALEM, Va. — Cool cars were on display in Salem today. It was the third annual Bethel Baptist Church Car Show.

More than 150 vehicles filled the Salem Civic Center's parking lot.

They ranged from classic cars and trucks to motorcycles. There was also a 1949 supercharged school bus.

It's used to promote the importance of staying in school. It's also a fundraiser for the Family Life Center. Each participant gets a plaque.
