Henry County investigators looking for woman who they say didn't pay for computer, TV, beer, and Vagisil

The incident happened May 3 at a Martinsville Walmart.

HENRY CO, Va. — The Henry County Sheriff's Office is looking for a woman who they believe stole an assortment of products from a Walmart.

The suspect is accused of walking out of the Walmart on Commonwealth in Martinsville on May 3 with a desktop computer, a flat-screen TV, a case of beer, and a tube of Vagisil.

The items ranged in value from $378 for the desktop computer, to $4.97 for the Vagisil.

Investigators say the woman drove off in a silver or white Volkswagen Beetle.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a larceny that occurred on May 3, 2012 at Wal-Mart located at 976 Commonwealth Boulevard Martinsville, Virginia.  A female exited the store with an Acer desktop computer valued at $378.00, a 32” Vizio LCD television valued at $278.00, a case of Coors Light beer valued at $12.28 and Vagisil valued at $4.97.  The female fled the scene in a silver or white Volkswagen Beetle.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the assistance of the public to identify the suspect involved in this larceny.  Anyone having information regarding this larceny is asked to contact Investigator C.A. Ashley at (276) 656-4239 or Crimestoppers at 63-CRIME (632-7463).  The Crimestoppers Program offers rewards up to $1000.00 for information related to crime.  The nature of the crime and the substance of the information determine the amount of reward paid.
