LYNCHBURG, Va. — A Lynchburg man has been arrested on charges that he used a cell phone to film underneath women's dresses without their knowledge at several stores in Lynchburg and Campbell County.
24-year-old Ryan Wogoman was arrested July 6. He's been charged by the Lynchburg Police Department with three counts of unlawful filming of another. Wogoman has also been charged with two counts of unlawful filming of another in Campbell County.
Investigators say they believe Wogoman took video underneath women's dresses at the following stores: Kroger (Wards Rd.), Wal-Mart (Wards Rd.), Kohl’s, Old Navy, Spencer’s Gifts (River Ridge Mall), Hallmark Store (River Ridge Mall).
