FLOYD COUNTY, Va. — There is a local Powerball winner who is now $2 million richer.

A Floyd County store sold a winning ticket to Saturday's Powerball drawing.

The ticket was sold at the Willis Village Mart in Floyd County, which is on Floyd Highway South.

The winner has not come forward yet.

The ticket matched the first five numbers, but missed the Powerball. Normally, the prize would be $1 million but the person chose the "powerplay" option, which doubles the winnings.

The numbers for Saturday's drawing were 14-26-41-55-59 ** 01.

It's the first time a Virginia lottery player has used "powerplay" to increase their prize.
